How the Ordering Process Works

  1. Browse our website and add items to your quote basket.
    Alternatively, use our Contact Us page to tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll suggest suitable options.

    Please note: we have an extensive range and not all products are displayed on our website.

  2. We aim to review your request and provide a quote within 36 hours.
  3. Once you accept the quote, we’ll request your artwork.
  4. Our Terms of Trade will be sent for your review and signature.
  5. After the terms are agreed, your order will be placed.
  6. An order confirmation will be sent to ensure all details are correct.
  7. A proof will be provided for approval to confirm branding and layout.
  8. Once approved, your order will proceed to production.
  9. When production is complete, your order will be dispatched.
  10. An invoice will be issued upon dispatch.
  11. Payment is due by the 20th of the following month, as outlined in the signed Terms of Trade.
